I have been blessed to represent many fantastic clients over my twelve years of practice.  We formed very efficient and successful relationships that have lasted for many years.

I like to think back to the old practice of law which focused on professionalism and service.  Where a lawyer represented people or families on all of their issues.  If a member of the family received a traffic ticket, their lawyer took care of it.  If a family member was getting a divorce or had a child support issue, then their lawyer handled the case.  If a family’s business needed formed or had contracts to be prepared, their attorney prepared the documents.  If the family ran into trouble and someone needed to file bankruptcy, then their attorney handled it for them.  When the patriarchs and matriarchs aged and they desired to plan their estate with trusts or wills, they turned their attorney.

Relationships were formed and cultivated.  Comfort levels existed and communication happened everyday without the concern of unfair fees.  That’s the kind of practice and service I offer to you.  I put in time, attention and caring into my practice.  If there are questions about the process of a case then we work it out.  I communicate with you.  I want to form and I have been lucky enough to form relationships that last so that if you or your family needs help or advice then you obviously, turn to your attorney.  I will be your Family’s attorney and represent your interests.  If you are looking for an attorney client relationship, not just an exchange of money, then give me a call and we can discuss how we can benefit each other.

I look forward to serving you.

Thank you.

My Best Regards,

Kelly Michael Bosserman, ESQ
