Common Sense.  My legal advice to you is to use it.  Using common sense will save you over 80% of the time.  Our laws were made by people just like you and just like me.  Our laws were made to try to make our lives easier or more predictable to establish a stable society.  Therefore, when you are faced with a dilemma do what your common sense is telling you.  When faced with a legal dilemma do what your common sense is telling you to do until you can talk with your lawyer.  Common sense should be telling you to be quiet if you are being interrogated without an attorney.  Common sense should tell you if your spouse is staying out late and hiding things from you, it may be time for a divorce.  Common sense should tell you that you can’t keep spending more than you are earning.  Common sense should tell you that if you have a child and desire to control who raises them if you die, you need to create a will.

The answers to most of your questions in life can be found inside yourself if you just use common sense.  The answers to your legal questions, which common sense is telling you to act upon, can found at your lawyer’s office.  Fell free to give me a call or send me an email and will be happy to discuss your issues.

I look forward to serving you.

Thank you.

My Best Regards,
